My name's Joe and I'd like to explain why I'm holding a raw chicken and looking mildly terrified.

The short answer is weird stuff like this happens to me all the time.

The longer answer is my publisher asked for a photo of me so I sent them that as a joke thinking they'd ask for a serious one but they never did. I forgot about it and well here we are.

I make videos about living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). It's a complex mental illness. 15% of people with BPD die by suicide and 40% try. I'm in the 40%.
