Responsibilities:
As the Product & Marketing Administration Officer, you will be working very closely with the product, marketing, sales, and inventory teams of the company, and providing back-office support to them. You will be required to raise purchase orders for sales and marketing (in consultation with and after approval from the respective manager/exec), update publishing schedules, prepare monthly AI packs, order forms and costing grids, create title master entries, work on e-book pricing, prepare lists/order forms needed by the product and sales team, requisition copies for trade, media and awards submissions, coordinate with sales and maintain distribution lists of Point-of-Sale material. You will need to be computer proficient in Advanced Excel and be able to rapidly gain familiarity with our in-house marketing, stock and bibliographic systems.

Qualifications
It’ll be great if you have at least one year’s experience in PR or marketing and in pitching for media coverage across print, broadcast and online to create arresting and sales-driving launch campaigns.
