Andrea trained as a chef and worked in kitchens in Toronto an New York. She was Food Director for three of Canada's largest lifestyle magazines and is the author of Market to Table. In the UK she has worked with Sainsbury's Le Cordon Bleu and Individual Restaurants. She has her own consultancy Ingredients Matter to help others realise their food and beverage dreams.
