Fionna Fernandes is a Sydney-based illustrator who enjoys drawing a variety of subject matter: portraits stickers landscapes lifestyle and animals for clients in fashion editorial advertising and more. Everything she creates has a touch of fun to it as she selects key details to highlight in a rainbow of colour adding in patterns as a flourish that give her work its highly individual visual language.

Taking inspiration from Lisa Frank Super Mario and My Little Pony you know you're in for a colourful ride with the young Australian artist. The 90s Japanese culture and the artists Laura Callaghan Hattie Stewart and Georgia Perry are just some of her influences. Fionna has a Bachelor degree in Design in Visual Communication from the University of Technology in Sydney. All the elective courses she took were focused on illustration.
