Jo Ferris

Jo Ferris MCSP (Member of the Society of Chartered Physiotherapists) is a Peak Pilates Instructor and Specialist Physiotherapist in Neurology at St Richards Hospital Chichester. Jo uses Pilates with patients at the hospital for rehabilitation after injury to help treat neurological conditions and generally for fitness and wellbeing. Pilates as 'exercise prescription' is seen to empower patients to be responsible for their wellbeing. In her time outside the hospital Jo runs general Pilates classes and smaller classes and one-to-ones for clients with health problems.
