John Schreiner

John Schreiner is the dean of British Columbia circle of wine writers and an award-winning author. In 1984 he wrote The World of Canadian Wine and since then he has written a number of wine books including the bestselling British Columbia Wine Country The Wineries of British Columbia (recently revised) and Icewine: The Complete Story the first book on the subject. He is a graduate of the Germany Wine Academy and a member of several wine clubs. He has judged wines in around the world and is a keen amateur winemaker. He lives in North Vancouver British Columbia.
