Robin Banerjee

Robin Banerjee is the bestselling author of Corporate Frauds (2022), Who Blunders and How (2019) and Who Cheats and How? (2015). He is the Chairman of Nucleon Research Pvt Ltd, a global clinical research company. Prior to this, Robin was the Managing Director of Caprihans India Ltd for over ten years. He is a professional business executive who has served in senior leadership positions at several multinational corporations, including Hindustan Unilever, ArcelorMittal Germany, Thomas Cook, Essar Steel and Suzlon Energy.

Robin is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Cost Accountant (FCMA), Company Secretary (FCS), and has earned an M.Com. He is a Member of the Board of Studies for Independent Directors, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Robin also serves as an independent director on the Boards of several companies and educational and management institutions. Currently President-Elect of the Council of EU Chambers in India and Chairman, CII (WR) Committee on ESG and EoDB, he has received two Hall of Fame awards: for manufacturing from Manufacturing Today and finance from CFO India.
