Founder and CEO of Giraffe Russel Joffe has worked in the restaurant sector since 1977. He started his career managing Odette?s Coconut Grove and Langhams Brasserie in London until 1984 when he opened his first restaurant Le Bistroquet as well as launching and developing the widely successful Caf?
